Where do you source your seeds from?
The seeds are sourced within Australia from an extremely reputable company which has been in business for over 40 years. We do not import seeds from overseas and are happy to support Australian companies who are great at what they do.

How do I know what seeds I'll receive?
We will provide regular updates on the website to keep you in the loop. We will send you a variety of in season different herbs and vegetable seeds to keep it fun and interesting, so you'll never have to worry about what to plant or when!

How do I know what to do once I receive my seeds?
Great question! Each type of seeds you receive are also accompanied with our very own custom grow cards. The grow cards have all the basic info you need to get started along with growing tips and also serving suggestions!

How will I know when to plant my herb and vegetable seeds?
The seeds that you receive will only be current in season herbs or vegetables, All you need to do is plant them when you receive them and take care of them until they are ready to eat.

When will I receive my order?
You will receive your first order as soon as you join the Easy Come Easy Grow family. All subsequent orders are shipped on the 15th of each month. Please allow 7 business days for postage within Australia.


How do I make changes to my subscriptions?

Upon subscribing you will be required to create a login and password for our subscriber portal. This can be logged into by clicking 'Login' on the top right hand side of our website. Once inside you will be able to update your payment details, address details and also skip your next subscription or change the plan you are on.

Can I cancel my subscription and do you offer refunds?
Of course if you are on the month to month subscription, however for prepaid subscriptions we do not offer refunds once commenced. But once you start growing your own herbs and vegetables we doubt you will want to!
